GB Ultra in England

13 - 19 September 2008

Introduction

Taking place in some of England's most breathtaking countryside, this ultra marathon will cover 175 miles over 6 days and is arranged by the experienced staff of "Go Beyond".

The aims are to 1) prepare for the challenge with purpose and clarity, 2) do the challenge: Get the results and enjoy it! and 3) Apply the lessons from the experience back into your life. It's tried, tested and refined by real people in the real world doing real stuff every day. So it's alive: you can feel it - and you can be a part of it. It's both a philosophy for life and a process to stretch: Because at Go Beyond we believe that we all have to stretch if we really want to grow.
